01

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how WZD GROUP LLC, doing business as WZD Labs ("WZD Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information when you visit wzdlabs.com, use app.wzdlabs.com, work with us, or connect a third-party service to the WZD Labs client portal.

It applies to prospects, clients, authorized client users, and other people who communicate with us. If we process information solely on a client's instructions, the client may be responsible for providing additional notices to its users or customers.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Inquiry and contact information: your email address, website or store URL, revenue and advertising ranges, campaign details, and messages you send us.
  • Account information: your name, email address, profile details, organization, role, tasks, reports, and other information used to set up or manage your portal access.
  • Billing information: plan, payment, customer, invoice, and subscription status. Full payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not WZD Labs.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website or portal, we and our providers may collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, referring URLs, and campaign parameters through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from connected services

  • Google sign-in: basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image.
  • Google Analytics 4: the Analytics accounts and properties you select, property identifiers, aggregated traffic and performance metrics, and an OAuth token used to maintain the connection. Our requested access is read-only.
  • Shopify: store identity, order and refund totals, product titles, quantities, revenue metrics, and an access token used to maintain the connection. Our reporting integration is designed not to import customer names, email addresses, or shipping addresses.
  • Stripe: payment, customer, invoice, and subscription identifiers and status associated with your WZD Labs plan.

03

How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, administer, personalize, and secure the website, client portal, and our services;
  • authenticate users and manage permissions;
  • connect approved services and create weekly, monthly, and other performance reports;
  • process payments, manage subscriptions, and maintain business records;
  • evaluate inquiries, respond to requests, schedule calls, and provide support;
  • understand website use and improve our services; and
  • detect misuse, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use connected account data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

04

Google API data and Limited Use

If you connect Google Analytics, WZD Labs accesses only the Google Analytics data needed to display the reporting features you request. We use this data to authenticate the connection, let you select a property, and create performance reports inside the WZD Labs portal. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or training generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form and are not exposed to other portal users. We disclose Google user data only to service providers acting on our behalf when needed to operate the portal, when required by law, or when you direct or consent to the disclosure. We do not sell Google user data.

WZD Labs' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Analytics in the portal. Disconnecting revokes the stored connection and removes the associated token from our active systems. You may also revoke WZD Labs' access from your Google Account connections.

05

How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers: companies that help us host and secure the service, store data, process payments, deliver email, schedule meetings, and provide analytics. These may include Vercel, Convex, Google, Shopify, Stripe, Resend, and Cal.com.
  • Your organization: administrators and authorized users associated with the same client account, according to their permissions.
  • Legal and safety recipients: regulators, law enforcement, advisers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Business transaction recipients: a buyer, successor, or adviser involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Others at your direction: when you ask us to share information or otherwise consent.

We do not rent or sell your personal information to third parties.

06

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how people find and use our website, measure campaigns, and improve performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and process identifiers, device information, and interaction data. Your browser may let you block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect site functionality.

You can learn about Google's practices at Google's Privacy Policy and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

07

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the context in which it was collected.

Integration tokens are retained while the connection is active and removed from active systems when the connection is properly disconnected. Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups or where retention is required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and encryption for stored integration credentials. No security measure or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

You can manage supported integrations in the client portal, revoke access through the connected provider, or contact us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To submit a privacy request, email ava@wzdlabs.comwith the subject line "Privacy Request."
